What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Typically 30–50 pieces, which accommodates small-batch events or sample needs. Single-piece samples can be made at a higher per-unit price.
How do I submit my design file?
Format & Resolution: AI, EPS, PDF (vector preferred), or PNG/JPEG at 300 DPI or higher.
Transparent Background & Cut Lines: If you need a custom shape, provide a PNG with a transparent background or include cut-line vectors; ensure key elements are at least 2 mm from the edge.
What size and thickness options are available?
Size: Maximum dimension ≤ 100 mm; any shape (circle, oval, custom outline) can be created as requested.
Thickness: Standard is 3 mm (balance of durability and lightweight). You can also choose 2 mm (lighter) or 5 mm (more robust/high-end).
Can I choose single- or double-sided printing?
Single-sided: Design is printed on one side; back remains transparent or a solid color. Lower cost.
Double-sided: Print on both sides with aligned or offset artwork. Richer visual effect, slightly higher price.
What attachment options are available?
Standard metal key ring: Durable and secure.
Ball chain: Quick-release, suitable for bags or zippers.
Nylon or silicone strap: Multiple colors, works as a charm or phone strap.
Retractable reel/clip: Clips to belt or backpack for anti-loss convenience.
Can I add personalization (names or serial numbers) to each keychain?
Variable Data Printing: For UV printing, we can print unique text (e.g., names, ID numbers) on each piece at no extra setup cost, as long as you supply a CSV or list.
Laser Engraving: If you need serial numbers or QR codes, laser etching on the back panel is possible; minimal per-unit surcharge applies for engraving time.

Printed Insert Sandwich: A printed paper or thin card insert between two clear acrylic layers provides photo-quality graphics protected under a clear top sheet.
